The website is operated by Byford Early Learning Pty Ltd ATF Byford Early Learning Trust, trading as LITTLEFARM EARLY LEARNING, referred to as we, us or our.
These Terms of Use apply when you use the website to make a childcare enquiry, request or book a centre tour, submit an employment or placement application, or otherwise communicate with us through a website form
By accessing or using the website, submitting a form or otherwise using one of the website services described in these terms, you agree to these terms.

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with learning about the centre, making a childcare enquiry, arranging a tour, considering employment or a placement, or contacting us.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the website for those purposes in accordance with these terms.

If you submit an employment or placement application, you must meet any age, qualification, registration, screening and other eligibility requirements set out in the relevant advertisement or otherwise required by law.
If you provide information about another person, including a child, co-parent, guardian, third-party referee or emergency contact, you confirm that you are authorised to provide that information and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Information you submit
You retain ownership of content you submit through the website.
You give us a non-exclusive permission to receive, store, reproduce and use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to:
respond to an enquiry
arrange and manage a tour
assess an employment or placement application

Childcare enquiries

reserve or guarantee a childcare place
confirm availability on any day
create an enrolment
create a customer account
require or accept payment
form a childcare services agreement
Availability can change and may depend on age group, requested days, staffing, licensing, centre capacity and the completion of later enrolment steps.
You agree to provide accurate, current and reasonably complete information. You must inform us at the earliest opportunity upon learning of a change in any enquiry details.
Tour requests and bookings
A tour request is not confirmed until we confirm your request by contacting you via our website, email, telephone, text message or another stated method.
We may need to change, cancel or reschedule a tour because of centre operations, staffing, health, safety or other circumstances. If a tour is changed, cancelled or rescheduled, we will take reasonable steps to notify you as soon as is practicable using the contact details supplied by you.
You must let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend a tour.
Attending a tour does not guarantee a place for your child or create an obligation for your child to be enrolled.
By submitting a tour request through our website, you agree, should a tour be confirmed by us, to follow all reasonable directions while participating in that tour, including but not necessarily limited to visitor induction processes, supervision requirements, privacy requirements, photography restrictions, security procedures and health and safety protocols.
Enrolment process
Our website does not process enrolments. We do not currently link to an external childcare enrolment platform from this website.
If we later provide a link to progress after an enquiry or tour, following it will not create a website account with us. Any account created, information entered, documents uploaded or agreement accepted on that platform is governed by the terms and privacy information presented on that platform.
Enrolment is subject to the centre’s separate enrolment process, required documentation, availability, applicable policies and any childcare services agreement. These website terms do not replace those documents.
Employment and placement applications
Submitting an employment or placement application through our website is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee or create any obligation to provide:
an interview
a response within a particular period
employment or a placement
any particular role, hours, location, remuneration or start date
By submitting an employment or placement application through our website, you confirm the information provided is accurate and not misleading. You authorise us to contact any and all third-party referees nominated by you and to take reasonable steps to verify role-relevant information, subject to any applicable law.
We reserve our right to close, pause, alter, remove or withdraw an advertised employment or placement opportunity at any time. Any employment or a placement will be governed by a separate agreement and any applicable law.
